a rule or truth that cannot be questioned.

The law of gravity is an axiom. An apple will always fall to the ground.

Two plus two will always equal four. It is an undeniable axiom.

Remember: Maximum truth.

Used at work:
I believe the axiom that there is no such thing as bad publicity.
