Cryptic; mysterious; secret;

Being not easily understood.

It is recondite to me because it is cryptic.


There was something recondite about the painting. It was as if it held a secret image.

Recon - dite

Recon (Reminds) Recon or go see

Dite (Remind of) Ditty or little

I only recon a little and I cannot see the secret.
